Wellbeing for Educators: Recharge & Inspire
Practical tools to protect your own mental health, prevent burnout and bring simple mindfulness techniques back to students who are dealing with anxiety or stress.

Teaching is emotionally demanding work, and the people who look after everyone else are usually the last to look after themselves. This course is built around that problem.
Over six days you will mix classroom theory with real-life wellness practice: two yoga sessions, meditation and breathing techniques, a healthy cooking workshop, journaling and a mindful sunset walk, alongside sessions on stress and burnout prevention. Two full mornings are spent inside Mallorcan schools — CC Sant Salvador in Artà and Cooperativa d’Ensenyament Es Lledoner in Felanitx — attending lessons and interviewing the teachers and students there.
Sessions run in the afternoons on workshop days and in the mornings on school-visit days, so there is time left to see the island.
You leave with a written wellbeing action plan for your own school — not just a good week.

What participants said about this course
The teacher wellbeing course in Mallorca was an extraordinary and deeply rejuvenating experience. The invigorating yoga sessions, hands-on healthy cooking class in a friendly atmosphere, and our peaceful sunset meditation walk created a perfect balance of learning and personal restoration. I came away feeling centred, inspired, and truly grateful for the profound insights and connections made during this special time.
I couldn’t have found a better place or met more wonderful people to truly practise and experience wellbeing and mindfulness in real life. I am coming back relaxed and full of ideas after a week of meetings with teachers, students, and yoga sessions. And the wonderful dinner at the trainer’s home was the perfect finishing touch.
It was the first time I attended a course about wellbeing and I wondered why I had not done it before. It was a perfect mix of theory and practice in a welcoming environment. The teacher/facilitator, Katerina, was an expert and very engaging. I would like to take part in a new course to implement the topic of wellbeing and try to practise it in my classes.
I didn’t know what to expect before, but it was a really amazing experience of my life. I learned a lot about myself and about me as a teacher. I really recommend this course for teachers, because it gave me so much to think about and it gave me inspiration and motivation.
